By accessing or using HostGreeter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
HostGreeter provides a platform for property owners to create digital welcome pages for their guests. The Service includes a Free plan with no time limit and optional paid Pro and Business subscriptions. Each new account receives a 14-day trial of Pro features without a payment card; when the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan and its limits apply.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not use HostGreeter to publish false information, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws.
The Free plan is provided at no charge. Paid plans are optional: a trial does not become a paid subscription unless you actively start one. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. You may cancel at any time; after the paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, and prices may be subject to applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings.
HostGreeter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
