Terms of Service — HostGreeter

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HostGreeter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HostGreeter provides a platform for property owners to create digital welcome pages for their guests. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with Starter, Pro, and Business plans. New accounts can start a 14-day trial without a payment card.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not use HostGreeter to publish false information, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

A trial does not become a paid subscription unless you actively start one. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, and prices may be subject to applicable taxes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

HostGreeter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
