How long does it take to set up a welcome page?

Do guests need to install an app?

What about GDPR and guest data?
We are GDPR-compliant. Guests don't need to create an account, and we never sell data. Optional analytics are anonymous and aggregated. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are on the roadmap for the Business plan. Today, every property gets a clean short URL like hostgreeter.com/go/your-code, which works perfectly for QR codes.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your pages stay live during trial. After the trial, choose Starter, Pro or Business to keep editing and publishing your guest pages.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing page in a couple of clicks — no emails or phone calls. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and the trial itself requires no card.
